“With 30 years of real estate experience, Maria Luisa Ramirez Alversado—fondly known as Lui—has built a legacy of dependability, ethical leadership, and strategic excellence.”

Specializing in marketing, sales operations, and communications, Lui is a well-respected figure in the industry. Her distinguished career includes serving as Vice President for Marketing Management at Moldex Realty and being a pioneer at Avida Land Corporation (an Ayala Land company). Her expertise has also been demonstrated through leadership roles at upscale retail giant Rustan’s Commercial Corporation and prominent developers like One Asia Development and Earth and Style Corporation.

An academic at heart, Lui has shared her knowledge as a faculty member at De La Salle University and College of Saint Benilde. She holds a double degree in Psychology and Marketing Management, complemented by an MBA from De La Salle University – Manila.

Since passing the broker licensure exam in 2012, Lui has dedicated herself to professionalizing the industry. As the President of At Home Realty and Property Management Corporation and the Founding Chapter President of STAREB (Santa Rosa City Realty Board Association Inc.), she serves as an industry steward, bridging the gap between quality property services and professional education.

Lui is also a recognized author of the “A Broker’s Vow” series, where she introduced the ARTSCI approach to real estate. Today, she continues to shape the future of the profession as an accredited PRC CPD Lecturer.

Beyond her professional life, Lui is a devoted wife, sister, and daughter. She remains deeply committed to community and church services, contributing her talents in hosting, events management, and writing to various humanitarian causes.
